The town came alive (even those that dressed up like dead people) and over 250,000 people enveloped the streets to Trick-or-Treat, drink, eat and dance on the cobblestone paths, go on candlelit ghost tours, take part in séances, and learn of the Witch Trials. There's something for everyone if you have the Halloween spirit!
Since Halloween is my birthday, it's a very special day and this was bar none my favorite place to spent the birthday/holiday weekend. Make your bookings for hotels, events, and tours between 1-3 months before (or even earlier!) to get good prices and selection of availability.
Bring good walking shoes.
Bring a costume for every day.
And never leave home without your camera!
