This particular ceremony I'm working on now has a wooded, outdoorsy theme with wildflowers in mason jars as decor. Think rustic with a modern twist that's better than Pinterest. The main colors are shades of brown, earthy tones, with yellow accents.
I started by working on the Save the Dates -- usually the first piece of mail that gets sent out to guests announcing the official date of the wedding itself. This small piece is evolving into an entire stationery set including the bridal shower and wedding invites.
Magnetic Save the Dates in matching envelopes were chosen -- simple and practical. They're sturdy enough to lean on something without buckling and the magnet is strong enough to hold on a fridge without falling. The prints are from VistaPrint since they're inexpensive with bulk items, very quick to turn around, and do an ok job with their prints (I'd give them a B- on these since the colors were a bit off, though I'm picky).
Below is the final result. The rest will be posted after they're all mailed out so keep checking back. More to come!
